Energy certificate (new build): where to get it in Portugal
A finished new building needs its final energy certificate. SCE also requires one for existing buildings after a major renovation, meaning works costing more than 25% of the building's value, and a certificate for a shell (em tosco) lasts only 1 year.

- New buildings and existing ones after major renovation

- Works whose estimated cost is over 25% of the building's value
- Valid for
