Energy certificate (selling): where to get it in Portugal

You need an energy certificate (certificado energético) to sell a building or flat; hire a qualified expert (perito qualificado) found on sce.pt. The expert's fee is not fixed; the SCE registration fee is 28 to 65 euros plus VAT, by flat size.
