Energy pre-certificate (PCE): where to get it in Portugal
A new building, or a major renovation whose licensing began on or after 1 July 2021, needs an energy pre-certificate (pré-certificado energético, PCE) before the construction authorisation. It is valid for 10 years and its energy class goes in adverts.
