Preference-right notice (selling): where to get it in Portugal
Selling a listed property, one being listed, or one in a protected or urban rehabilitation area needs an online preference-right notice (anúncio de direito de preferência) on Casa Pronta. It costs 15 euros and public bodies have 10 working days to answer.
