Topographic survey (building): where to get it in Portugal

Independent site: we are not a public authority, and this is not legal or tax advice.

A planning application needs a topographic survey whenever the ground levels or the building's position change. It is drawn at 1:200, or 1:500 for subdivisions, with heights marked, and shows the plot, its area and the public space around it.
