Use papers after building works: where to get it in Portugal

After building works, the building can be used straight away once the municipality receives a responsibility statement (termo de responsabilidade) from the works director. Final drawings are added only if the project changed. It cannot be refused if the papers are complete.

Document 1

Responsibility statement signed by the works director (diretor de obra) or the works inspection director, saying the work is finished and follows the project

Document 2

Final drawings (telas finais), only when the project changed
